Scholastic Book Fair will be delivered on December 8th. Previews for all classes will be December 9, 10 and 11. Sales will begin on Wednesday, December 10th after school. Encourage your families to visit the book fair when they come for your conference.

We need volunteers to make the Book Fair a success. Have interested adults contact the school (510) 293-8501 to volunteer. Volunteers can also sing up through our Book Fair Web Site.

Scholastic has provided us with our own personal Book Fair web site where you can get the details of our upcoming Book Fair.

What book did you read for your project?  How did you celebrate the book?  Answer in the comments section.

There was a little problem in the last two weeks with the district filer blocking our blog.  That has been fixed and we are working at school again.  This is very important so that all students can post to our blog.

This week think about your upcoming library project and post some ideas in this blog.  What book will you be using?  What are you going to do?  Check the project page to review the assignment.

This week we have been exploring the Destiny Search feature.  After you complete the class assignment, comment in this blog.  In your blog comment share your opinion  about our new search tool.
